downloaded cabal urgh stupide the one i download can't be use so i be using my older version

Dear Cabalists,Please note that the current connectivity issues and/or lag you are experiencing in-game were caused by an ISP-peering failure which occurred at 4pm, Friday 16th October 2009. This issue is currently still ongoing and has yet to be resolved.
Any connections to our server will be re-routed through an international route, hence the afore mentioned connectivity and lag issues.
All Asiasoft game titles will be affected by this failure and frequent disconnections along with high lag in-game will persist until this issue is resolved.
Rest assured that we are constantly monitoring this and that we have informed the ISP to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
